I have ordered with you India shopping couple of times I believe the Mithai that you advertise truly it comes in a nicely packed way. The taste is authentic and the best is the freshness is there whereas I was not that happy with the Faran that I ordered…. But this is not going to stop me from ordering again. I always like to give it a second or a third shot so keep up guys you guys did give me a credit back. I appreciate it all said and done. It’s part and parcel of business. see you at the next order.
The service was great and quick. Food was great fresh. But for next time please pack the box of Nankhatai properly as they where lots of them in pieces. But overall very happy and satisfied

It was alright. It did not match the size or the type of kachori in the pic. The product that arrived was the regular store found hard & smaller size one.

I ordered Atta Laddus with dry fruits. Two things happened.
1. Laddus had pebbles. ( and yes I know it wasn’t Gond)
2. They were broken. Maybe label Fragile would have helped.
We don't produce those items ourselves. Bansal Sweets is a very reputable brand, and we've sold many gond laddus without any complaints. We did request photos from you, but haven't received them yet. If you have a preferred merchant, we'd be happy to source items from them for you.

Just great customer service and also very great selection of items. I would recommend this site to anyone. Everything comes via DHL. At best 3-4 days you will get your stuff. They keep you posted and if something is not available they will reach out and help you out. Just a fan of these guys.
