Chasni Powder – a carefully balanced sweetener mix that transforms into warm, flavorful sugar syrup infused with cardamom.
Packaged along with an easy-to-use jalebi maker bottle, this duo empowers you to craft crispy-on-the-outside, juicy-on-the-inside jalebis in minutes.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar (99%), Cardamom Powder, Permitted Natural Color.
Directions
- Uniformly mix 130ml water, 2 teaspoons Ghee, and 50g curd with Jalebi Mix to make a smooth batter, now pour if into gangwal Jalebi Bottle & keep aside.
- Heat 250g oil or ghee in a shallow pan, squeeze the jalebi bottle in the pan to make 3-4 circle with batter starting from the the center to Outer & lock it at the center. the Deep fry in Medium heat till crisp ond golden.
- Immediately immerse the Jalebi in warm sugar syrup, for 10 seconds only. Chasni Powder Preparation.
- Take 175ml of water in a pan.
- Add Gangwal Chasni Powder & stir continuously with a spoon on medium flame for 6-7 minutes., syrup is ready.
