Description
Gehun Churma Laddu is a traditional Rajasthani sweet delicacy made from whole wheat flour (gehun), ghee, sugar, and various nuts and spices. The process involves roasting the wheat flour in ghee until it turns golden brown and aromatic. This roasted wheat flour is then mixed with powdered sugar, nuts like almonds and pistachios, cardamom powder, and sometimes desiccated coconut.
