A fiery Andhra-style Red Chilli Pickle, made with select red chillies marinated in tangy tamarind and traditional spices, carefully preserved in oil for optimal flavor and shelf life.
Ingredients:
- Red chilli pods, sun-dried or fresh
- Tamarind pulp or lemon juice for tang
- Salt, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, garlic, and turmeric for seasoning
