Refund policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any food items shipped across borders. Additionally, all items sold in our store are procured upon customer orders. 

Damages and Issues:
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the incorrect item. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order by sending an email to info@indiashopping.io. Return requests will not be accepted after 7 days. To request a refund or credit, customers must email photos of the received item to info@indiashopping.io within 7 days of delivery. Before issuing a refund, we require the items to be sent back to our warehouse return shipping paid by the Buyer. We cannot issue refunds for items that have already been consumed by customers or for customers unwilling to return the items.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items Custom stitched clothes), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange for internationally shipped items

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

To facilitate the refund procedure, please contact our customer service team at info@indiashopping.io. All products must be sent back to our Fremont address within 7 days of delivery Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the refund status. If your return meets the criteria for approval, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
