Roasted Channa Dal Burfi is a new invention by Anand Sweets. The burfi is a chunky cube made from ground chickpea flour speckled with roasted almond bits and semi-pulverised sugar. The sweet is soft to touch and is melt-in-mouth delicious. The smokiness of the roasted channa dal adds a robust note. Channa dal is rich in magnesium and has a low glycemic index, which makes this a diabetic-friendly sweet.
Shelf-life & Storage
The Anand Sweets Roasted Channa Dal Burfi is packed tightly in a sealed box. This ensures the sweet retains its delicious moist freshness. The delicacy is best had within 45 days from manufacture.
