Refund policy

At India Shopping, we strive to deliver a seamless experience and ensure the highest satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we follow a clear and transparent return policy:

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, India Shopping will issue a full refund for the damaged items. To be eligible, buyers must send valid proof of damage (photo or video) to info@indiashopping.io within 24 hours of delivery. We can not refund the duties and takzes 

Non-Damaged Returns

If the items are not damaged, but you wish to return them for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), India Shopping accepts returns through its USA Return Center on behalf of the sellers. You have two return options:

a. Prepaid Return Label
India Shopping can generate a return shipping label. You can send the items using this label to our USA return center. In this case, we will refund the product amount after deducting both the original and return shipping charges.

b. Self-Paid Return Shipping
You can choose to pay for the return shipping on your own and send the package to our USA return center. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the product price, excluding any shipping charges you incurred.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for USA orders under the following conditions: items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags. A proof of purchase is required, and the return must be initiated and shipped within 7 days of delivery.

Food items are non-returnable; however, if you're not satisfied with a food product, our team will review the issue on a case-by-case basis, and a refund may be issued after evaluation by our customer support team.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@indiashopping.io with your order details, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Once approved, we will provide the USA Returns Center address.

  3. You can return the item using your own shipping method.
     (The customer pays return shipping.)

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received the refund, contact us at info@indiashopping.io.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., sweets, snacks, pickles)

  • Custom/personalized products (e.g., custom-stitched clothes)

  • Personal care & beauty items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

For food items, while returns are not accepted, we review complaints on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a partial or full refund may be issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges on internationally shipped items. Please place a new order if needed.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, please initiate a return request as per the above process.

International Orders (Outside the USA)

For orders delivered outside the USA — including countries like Canada, the UK, Australia, and others — refunds and issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If the issue is due to an error on the part of India Shopping or our sellers (such as a wrong or damaged item), we will assess the situation and provide a partial or full refund based on the nature of the problem.

  • Customers must contact info@indiashopping.io within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.

  • Return shipping for international orders is generally not covered, unless specifically agreed upon after review.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny service, block future purchases, or refuse returns for customers found abusing our return or refund policy.
